Ethan Horowitz, Managing Director, NJC

Ethan has served as the Managing Director of the Northeast Justice Center for five years, where he oversees a team of committed attorneys and paralegals who fight for the rights of low-income and other vulnerable individuals in Essex and Northern Middlesex Counties, in the northeast corner of Massachusetts. Prior to his work at the Justice Center, Ethan worked in the legal department of a national, nonprofit mortgage brokerage and as a litigation associate at an AmLaw 200 law firm. While Ethan oversees and is familiar with the various areas of law in which Justice Center advocates practice – ranging from eviction defense, to public benefits, to immigration assistance – his own practice focuses on impact litigation affecting the rights of tenants, immigrants and consumers.
